Among the river
praised by the woods,
the lone stone
beside the snow stood
fallen before the dawn
before the night’s end;
I’m to sleep ‘till the hour
mourning in the sun,
keeling in the wind
to the great Mother’s sky
reborn into the universe
beyond the flesh
washing down as the stream--
never but once to know why.

Extraordinary poem Andrew.

"keeling in the wind"

Speaks loudly.
