Places Far Away

Places Far Away

In a place far away
she thought of him.
Not often, but occasionally
thoughts would enter into
her mind....perhaps.
Was he allright, had he gone
on with his life, for she
had made her choice to move on,
and there's nothing to go back too
after you decide to move on,
or is there...
He had begun to pursue a path
of acceptance and forgiveness,
and to him there was none that
he would rather forgive than her,
and she could be sure to receive
his forgiveness either way;
whether she chose to return
or preferred to stay,
in places far away.

This brought back a lot of memories for me...
I moved on, he eventually forgave me and moved on also,
but not a day goes by that I don't think of him...
And wonder how he is, if he's in love, and if I would have stayed with him and stayed strong if things would have been amazingly different.
Thank you for sharing this, it is very beautiful.
