I Blended Into The Grey

Here I was once again
Upon the same track
Going a step forward
Then a few steps back

While hanging in limbo
I can’t seem to move
Stuck in same old rut
I was wearing a groove

Overloaded with stress
Days much the same
Depressing doldrums
Monotonously mundane

As I languish in anguish
In the monotony maze
I blended into the grey
It was one of those days
