I know an Arabian mare named Fancy.
Last spring she acted as if she was with foal
(three other mares in the pasture were with foal)
she sure looked the part, got all bloated up,
and everyone was sure she was having a foal,
but nothing was in there....a barren, empty womb.

So when you wrote about a passing fancy,
my mind jumped off on a tangent. LOL
Enjoyed, as always.
