Please take me to my enemy and let me see his eyes
Then let me have a moment’s gift to see through his disguise
Then guide me to his agony and where the hate does live
And let me find a therapy as I again forgive

Please take me to my land of fears, so I might grow and learn
Then take me through the wall I meet, so life will then return
Then help me slay the demons that all strike when I’m alone
Then help me find the reason why the dread in me has grown

Please help me say the thoughts inside that hide in utter fear
Then let my life be judged and ruled, so I may see more clear
Then take me please to where it is that happiness is free
And help me build a future then where man would love to be

I will circle calm from the kind of this
As is just and sound in your thoughtful pleas
Then gathering powers for your requests,
That they may allow all to find some ease

Yet here's a poet who believes in all
For truth, somewhat absent, too hard to find,
Yet here in his heart, shines a light of awe,
One would bequeath that, which is on your mind.
