The Mountain In Between You came to me again last night but as handsome as you were you couldn't move the wind... I know it's over now, for sure. Not for a second did I ache for your touch nor did I shake within your blue-eyed gaze- what had once empowered you spoke the words "you coward, you" as it left in evening's haze. Now it's you who's restless, longing for just one more time- but no, I just can't feel it, much too old to climb the mountain in between. |

Dixie, you really are walking your talk! You continue to grow strong and more self-empowered with each passing day ~ and write! Lovely photo of both you and your daughter! Linda |

Your not too old, you're strong enough to climb that mountain...But, Why bother venturing old mountain tops- when there are so many new ones to explore!!! Good one Miss Dixie. |

Dear Dixie, you write wonderfully from the heart always, you expose your soul and free your demons, and doesn't that feel great. Much enjoyed my friend, stay well and happy. Sincerely Rick |
