As I wander the garden
Of nature and way
I’m granted by pardon
Some moments in day

With perfume so tempting
And sights filled with joy
Day thoughts start venting
Again I’m a boy

Memories of gone years
Come join as a friend
Each turn, what my mind steers
Ensuring no end

I sit with the sunbeam
Till warm and at one
Happy in daydream
Till this day is done

Daydreaming is not a waste of time, it makes us feel good within our skin.

Enjoyed your poem.

Love,
Margherita
