One Special Wish, New Moon

On a page of yellow
A horoscope made giggle from your side of the room
Today is my day, make a wish tucked away
Somewhere special…

A new moon
In the tropics of June, ships come in
Tides roll out…surf shapes faces smile and pout
Just one wish…somewhere special

So I thought
In a small voice…softly against the night
It took twelve hours to get it right
Tucked away…among safe hearts

For night has come and day departs
And still I want for nothing more
All I was created for…is near
Within the love I hold so dear

And if by chance the messenger is true
A single wish most special
Is just you

Cliche, cliche, cliche...I think that horoscope is a nice twist but I think this concept is too hard to make unique when u r so blunt, if I were u I would have taken a more abstract view...just my thought...good job though dispite the lack of creativity...keep writing...elevation is the key
