Making Wishes Your message read: I wish things were like they used to be things change, people change, we changed, obviously. It'd be nice to be ten years back, to feel the love we used to feel. Did you find a genie in a bottle? Will wishing ever make it real? Making wishes for what's not there is for hearts and bodies that are new and my pennies for the wishing well wrapped and cashed-in to a dollar or two. I wish things were like they used to be but wishing will never make it so, it's better to fill up the piggy bank and tell the genie he's free to go. |

wishing is like fantasy, always just out of reach, leaving us cold, alone, and incomplete... |

"but wishing will never make it so," So right, Dixie, but me - no, I'm going to wish until I die. Enjoyed the read! |

If you really take the time to look back ten years ago...it wouldn't be what you would choose today knowing there really was no future... look ahead instead M |
