I saw love one day in the middle of the grey a walking, talking, entity with a heart and soul until madness like the sun rose up in everyone and forced a concentration of evil mindedness. But only so and so and not so I could know human beings past, present, soon, a sure resting place and haven for its little tricks of seeming innocence nestled in appearances of good, faithful, and true. And I don’t do windows on this dusty earth where the pay is minimal and affords no luxury except only for myself to see love’s form and face bow out overcome by worldly smoke and fumes. But only so and so and not so I could know love is the sleeping beauty of the strangest times waiting for that Prince of mystical invention to levitate again love’s original intent. Lethal to the mind are numb to love injections unnaturally imbibed in the confines of this life but only so and so and not so I could know fairy tales are parables and tell the truth of soul! Brilliant simply brilliant. I do not know what your muse was, but it must have captured your soul and taken it for quite the voyage. Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |

Thanks, poe. Oh, you speak the truth - quite a voyage indeed if all could be known. Helen |

"I saw love one day in the middle of the grey a walking, talking, entity with a heart and soul until madness like the sun rose up in everyone and forced a concentration of evil mindedness." Oh, Sister! This poem I may make my mantra! Just kidding. It's just so to the point of what I'm feeling at the moment. Thank you, Helen, for putting this to print for me to ponder. ![]() |
