today is the other pair of shoes the lace up kind too big for the wings of the inverted angels who jilled their evenings off with the gloves of loud sleeves and some sipping jack's caffeine no need for jackets tepid at the dancing man's store junk yard chapel's restrictions with the sand bag jesus and row boats with song books while jimi still plays his guitar with no strings attached and the kitty girls watch his skin just before he shows them heaven from the smooth side of psalms and collects their quiet time as offerings of million night martyrdom ________________ daark scribblenote: day after the starbucks sponsered shopping mall tent revival life improvement symposium getaway luncheon with free palm reading and french press tutorials.. |
