The good times we've had have been so precious
The hard time, they have built a love so true
Though the dark clouds sometimes
Hide their silver lining
In the darkest hour
The sun comes shining through.

Though we search for love
In old familiar places
But we come around to face reality
When are hopes and dreams
Are built upon tomorrow
It's just us babe, It's just you and me.

It's just you and me when are friends
Are gone and we are all alone
When the chips are down
And we come around to face reality
It's just us babe, It's just you and me.

With tenderness we built a strong foundation
Through good and bad we stored up memories
And for awhile we walked life's road together
And with each step I've loved you can't you see.
So it's with this thought I take up pen and paper
And with all my heart, I write this melody
"Yes"
Our hopes and dreams are built upon tomorrow
It's just us babe, It's just you and me....

I really like this.

I would suggest a spell checker and paste from there, but often I dont on principle.

You words are very deep, quite powerful, worth saying and I personally feel, of help to others
