Moments before
when the green arbor
rejoices in the sky

and then it comes,

whether or not
you're quite ready
to receive,

it can downright storm

or perhaps
just sprinkle over you

in a sassafron colored
rhyme,

it doesnt really matter

as for that moment

of his much sought
after kiss

you were reminded

that you are

still very much
alive.
