I think this will be the last thing I write for a while
It is because I have realized or forgotten
What is poetry if not just words?
I have been writing and saying they’re thoughts
Why should I write my thoughts and imagery?
To satisfy you, or satisfy me
I don’t know if this is right anymore
Thinking has given me a new perspective
Art is becoming nothing more than objects to me
Like a wrench
They are just sentences
No more and no less
Whether they rhyme or not
They are just something
Something to be looked at
I would say they are feelings written
But who cares about feelings
They can not be held or perfectly expressed
I need to remember but that will take me a wile
So good-bye and farewell to the poets I adore and pity right now
Don’t hold it against me its just a faze I’ll be threw
Remember one thing, poetry is good only if you’ve lived it
Or if you’re saying something that you needed to say
And if you carry a message worth hearing and can’t tell it in a song
Say it threw writing, but make it plain and make it good
