Love Poem i wrote for a friend (couple weeks ago) to give a girl haha.... (15 syllables) She was the type to smile and brighten anyones bad day Constanly on my knees asking; "is she the one God", I'd Pray Through communication, perserverence and above's guidance We can work miracles, I'ma try even with a slight~chance I want to be the one that you call before you sit and cry I dont want you to be that splendid butterfly that flies by and do nothing, With a net of love I'ma catch you tonight Your're my life's climax; but in reality you're past that height You define beauty, By my side you're the only gal~i~see It's clear in my eyes your'e the brighest star in the galaxy Only you miss perfection deserves all my hearts affection Now take one of my 'side arms' and be showered with 'protection' |

I really like this. I read it a few times over and again, and there's something raw about it that would benefit from being played with a natural drum or some kind of rythmic instrument as it's read. Keep going, I'm looking forward to more interesting side arm reference...? |
