Upon My Sleeve

I wore my heart upon my sleeve
A common broad cloth a common weave
A not too subtle heart felt new
The color of love and song of coo

Its path was full of twists and turns
Full of learn and full of churns
And I was stripped of sweet naïve
And much of what I did believe

For magic is a part of love
It holds your hand just like a glove
Soft as velvet soft as fur
It is the very grace of her

It made the world to turn anew
The sun to shine the whole night through
It is the entrance and the goal
The very doorway to the soul

Producing flowers on the way
To make this magic bloom and stay

very romantic
i hope it all goes well for you

the simplest thing in life is love
the difficult thing in life
is finding your true love!

Morning Sy...
I was wondering, may I have that sleeve of yours, just to carry with me when I become confused, (which is often)

Your becoming the Andy Rooney of PIP, yanno?

This was a loving read dearheart

ah  Such a warm and wonderful write !    I have worn much Upon My Sleeve.  The sun shined upon it.  Light glistened from it.  Then my wife started buying me bandanas and handkerchiefs.  Not as romantic as this write...but I am grateful for her.   :: smiles ::
