Oh Sweetie, thank you so much for this lovely. How I wish the lilacs could rush the Spring to swoosh a blush. It is snowing like crazy and oohhh sooo cold. Brrrr!!! You are such a love to write this little tanka for me. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner, but we were visiting with Ron's mom for the weekend and I was too pooped to open last night. Such a lovely image is lilacs in Spring. I love them, and this winter has left me really wishing for that burst of glory when the world blooms. I think this is a lovely cinquain. Has a fresh feeling to it. It is nice to 'meet' you, and thank you for welcoming me to PIP. Karen |
