Caution: Watch your step for "building debris" is everywhere on this one. Too, if you do not like satire, stop right here!

The One-Eyed Guy

There lived this guy who owned a single eye
And "gifted pen."He looked high and then low
Amid his clan and kin for "words aglow"
With a canned smile, sometimes a pickled hi.
But always he possessed a sharpened pry
And spied as he gleaned in glee to-and-fro
Midst his "friends," this guy with "portfolio"
In hand who owned a prying single eye!

The "words aglow," snatched by way of the "night,"
Stashed in his steathy sack without a groan
Mid other stolen words of copyright!

In time this snaky single eyed sponged drone
Displayed these "glowing words;" in pride's delight
(With preying pimp's plume) sold all as his own!!

(See part 2 for the rest of this story.)

Dear Seymour,

No, this sin of the pen is age old.
