Yesterday was amazing and today is changing

I feel so sad and loanly and heavey and full

This to will pass

Day turns to night and now I am scared

I don't feel like myself

Loud sounds and bright lights, whirling and spinning out of control

Here I lay listening to the Dr.s

I made it through and I don't look like myself

But I feel like my old self more than I have in a very long time

My world has changed and sometimes change is good
