Seeing you again what a wonderful thing it was. but it scares me to death as i slowly fade away to the past where you and I were together a time where i was so happy that the gods themselves were jealous! As i lay back on my bed and shed a lone tear all the past haunts me the feeling you give me just by mere touch or look could heal anyone Please come back and heal me once again my sweet blue rose solider Fool me once shame on you.....Fool me twice shame on me..... |

Shakespeare also spoke of the jealousy of the Gods; they can be mean and small-minded at times. Although they never forget, they tire of particular individuals and move on to ruin the lives of others. In that fashion we, mere mortals, have the opportunity to heal. The sharpness of the pain diminishes and is eventually replaced by a dull ache and even that disappears and surfaces only when those Gods, in conversation with each other, recall with glee the way they played torture with our souls. And this, too, shall pass. Courage! Les |
