Have you lost your wish as a bird without wings Then how can you see flowers renascent in the ash Maybe once languish when the falls approach becoming dust in the wind it seems like such What is beyond winter's touch who will wake thyme and finch facing breeze are the warm palms turning down the low pitch Stop by the saprolith burying sorrow in the coming path But ever, forever a new start is gestated in the earth |

Enjoyed this first write...but if i may ask..you ask questions in your poem..should they be accompanied with a question mark?.... if this is the kind of writing you create then we surely will have something to savour later..thank you for your words...and welcome to PIP... Thanks a lot for the comments! It is really a warm place to stay in. To Goldenrose: yes, there should be question marks. I should pay more attention to this. It is my first time trying to write English poem. In the CLASSICAL poems in my native language, ppl seldom use interpunctions. It just a custom. But thanks a lot for pointing it out. You remind me its importance in English poems. There are so much things I need to study from you ![]() |
