With Mind Over Matter I question and query Scrutinise the unspoken Yet I hide in my shell Whenever heartbroken I call on inner strength To stop tears spilling out My mind will analyse On any signals of doubt I shall patiently ponder A thinker I will always be As I always have hope It does help emotionally I use mind over matter If dealing with heartache Its a contant reminder Whatever choice I make I give a minds eye view What my heart fails to see It is all a matter of fact Since it is all left up to me Hope ©2006 Link to the poem with music and graphic below http://www.thestarlitecafe.com/poems/101/poem_8329540.html |
