Cool Like Neptune I'm cool like Neptune waves rolling under the blue moon girls everywhere in the air surrounding me no real worry, no big hurry, 'cause love can be found abound in me I'm hot like Mercury burning so brightly and I get weary then cool down like Neptune, a sundown at sea no big deal, I make it real 'cause love's safe and sound wound up in me She's sweet like May winds weaving through me and back again 'till the inner id of me wants to get rid of misery and let my roots change her around 'cause a love gained is the sound of rain in me Whenever I ever care about forever I stop, feel my blood drop, and she shoots lethal gazes at me painless darts from the sweetheart who amazes me I'm silver like the moon she's gold like Saturn I fall back in to my room every time her telescopic ring burns 'round my finger awkward emotions linger and the songs I sing for her are swirling in shades of blue endless are the stars I'm flying to oh yeah... I'm cool like Neptune king of the oceans that lazily croon 'Fly Me To The Moon', rolling like the tide that brought her to my side and love is the sound of a wounded hound in me Chill like Neptune yeah, I'm whistlin' my interstellar tune 'Moon River' echoing in my fractured mind sunglasses on, not a worry in the world 'cause love can be found abound in this girl "Is any song worth singing if it doesn't help?" -- Wilco, 'Wishful Thinking' |

If I was giving a blurb on this one it would go something like this "Feels like a leisurely yet self assured stroll down a beach at sunset" Superman isn't brave, he is invulnerable. |
