What Goes Around, Come Around No longer will I be playing the part So I will be just binding my time I hope your heart is dealt the blow Like the cruel one you gave mine This healing process will take time Although this hurt I have to shed I hope the guilt haunts you forever From the past lies you have fed As you take the cowards way out Patiently I have stayed on track I know if you go look in the mirror A gutless person will stare back What goes around ,comes around That thought carries me through I will be hoping the pain I have felt Would eventually happen to you Hope ©2006 Link to the poem with music and graphic below http://www.thestarlitecafe.com/poems/101/poem_8327730.html |

Hope Stop hurting yourself to hurt someone else We all know what pain feels like but dont destroy yourself for vengeance By being better, quality and of talent, you have something he wont ever achieve. He apparently has managed lies, running off and if I quote my mother's words to me "you can run away from everything, but yourself". A wolf is a wolf but only the Alpha Male and Femail mate. Let the pack run and like all of us, try and pull the talent together. It is always too easy for a talented brain to feel it has failed and then seek alternatives I still do but I try to keep them to IT and the odd beer or two and red wine or two Focus on the respect you have and on those who respect you Dave |

Thank you Dave for your kind , understanding reply , I could never ever be a vengeful person , but I am writing how I have been feeling , it might help in the healing , meanwhile it really hurts Hugs Hope |

Hope - I know it doesn't help to say that many of us can relate to your unhappiness but I think you know that it has to pass for your own sake. Don't beat yourself up about it but rather acknowledge your feelings and honesty and be glad that you are you and not the other. If we love, we love, and that's that - it's no use denying it but rather carry it with you as something to treasure and eventually when you open the present to yesterday you will smile and not cry. I'm hoping that for myself in a very short while - it's been a long time in coming. Helen |
