I Read Between The Lines Enough of the sweet talk No more false flattery I have grown wise enough Basing my fact on reality Insincerity does cut deep You should take heed Do not give me false hope The truth is hearts bleed When those illusions fade The mind seeks clarity Knowing facts from fiction It became the necessity I read in between the lines Its my suspicious mind Flattery gets you nowhere If the truth is hard to find If you ever apologise again Then try a little honesty Stop being so misleading I will ignore false flattery Hope © 20006 Link to the poem with music and graphic below http://thestarlitecafe.com/poems/94/poem_810151.html |

Hope springs eternal but my love are lurching not springing Your words are as excellent as they always are but your eye is now like a learner driver taking a first lesson and wondering why you have forgotten the blue light behind Love is something that doesn't make the world go around, but it does produce a lot of greenhouse over the fence gas. For my sake if nothing else, write of the world, write though your heart aches, write even though there is no sake Write with your imagination, skill, drive, desire Write I write these words to you because I have read your talent and skill for a number of years I want to read those words again Dave Page |

Nicly written, I can relate. It is sad when life has taught us that we have to learn to read between the lines. Enjoyed this alot. Hugs Fee Expressions, |
