The Story Teller By Paul Wilson Tell me a story from years ago or one from time yet to be Fill my mind with visions of your soul beyond reality The stories you share with me through your words of rhyme Fill my heart with thoughts of magical days and time Sit with me my friend let me explore your mind Share with me your treasures they’re one of a kind Take me with you story teller on this journey your mind will make Let me ride on the winds of time with you… and partake What’s my favorite story you ask as I search the pages of my mind It could be…the one you wrote last week… or one I’ve yet to find Crossroads we have traveled in life always searching for a clue Which road shall I take today to find my way back to you Story teller you’re a part of me and I’m a part of you You share your stories with me on these pages of blue ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ Paul |
