Father fishes a river That flows under a bridge A train passes over Its whistle sounds North of a road That leads into town To one side the house Where a young woman lives Autumn has colored The leaves of the trees How I see them Through separate years The sun sets slowly In the western sky Reeds rustle softly A night bird sings |
