5286 Her Indigo Dreams 12 April 2006 Was night a dream a place to sleep Was knight a day to your arms This place to hold you near in kind Was night a desire in rest at your side Taking away that fear holding you in safety Was night, a time of kind this protective way to shield A knight in arms her beauty His to haven Anger no more, love forever until morning again does endure "Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:" Ephesians 4: 31 KJV © 2006 Christopher W Herbert (a New Zealand Poet) a poet who cares |
