            repetitious hours...

                                 mocked purpose smiles

                   amid clutter, clamor

                                      daily duty

                 hollow harbors...

     unsated thirst salts

                       cached sweetness

                                saccharin coated tongues

breath bated
                        slaked in blue-black

             lightning strikes,
                                       rain

                         tomorrow?
                                     . . . roses

It is often the sweet promise of tomorrow's roses, that make today's lemons more palatable.

I guess that's the only good thing about storms tonight

I'll be looking for those roses tomorrow!

Roses with rainbows, who could ask for more. Another classic Klassy! :-)
