Measurements of Time quote: Measure me well then, take my very worth Let me greet the sky, then bury me in earth Allow me to reach, finding forever in your face Remember me always warm in your embrace. Let me encircle you, as I have thus been done In radiance you are light, as if beset by sun There! The glow, expression of shining evermore Now found again in simplicity's adore. Take then my seasons; let spring meet summer’s rays Bask in love tenderly; let it fill our days. For in the simple task of opulence, my dear, Find you therefore, that it was always near. From our thunderous summers, we shall stroll to fall, Measuring time more carefully as we see this is our all. Youth portends ignorance, from ignorance comes bliss, Yet allows us travel forward, giving us all this. Now allow the winter winds to caress our memories As we hear swift rustling of these, the falling leaves Do you find your sun again in some brilliant green eyes? Do you feel the warmth again of all you realize?
