Looking for the funny bone
Can’t see beyond my lash
Think it must be hidden under
Chill of winter’s sash.
        Then I…
Strip the coat and seek the sun
Oh, fiddle, fi, and thumb!
Where Oh where has my humerus gone?
And the lyrics continue on!
“Oh where, oh where can it be?”
Oh, heck, I remember that part of me!
I dog gone left it at the Met
(On Pre-historic loan).

So cry or weep I won’t
I’ll degenerate one of new
Without a funny bone,
What lyrics would I choosily,
Could I choosily chew?
Tons of sun on loan I’m told
To radius a joke.
Funnies I’ll concoctinate
To bring my sunshine hope.

Thanks, Dixie. Hope you find it--sure is a lot more fun. The strangest part is I don't realize I even have a funny bone until adversity bonks it alive. Life is just a stage. We can laugh or we can cry.
