I dream of coming Home, my love, This word of a sweetest name; Where the chill of the coldest night is warmed By the glow of a roaring flame. Be it the town, where a brick house stands It greets a familiar sight; There my journey comes to an end, Within I find delight. The wind sweeps over a field of gold, Next a cottage fine; Inside a treasure, beyond a measure, Awaits on lips of wine. In the forest deep, where a clear brook sings, Its solace fills the mind; A cabin nestled silent sleeps, There your heart I find. The town, the field, the deepest wood, We may as the gypsy roam; But wherever your dark eyes greet me, love - I call Home, Sweet Home. t |

"The town, the field, the deepest wood, We may as the gypsy roam; But wherever your dark eyes greet me, love - I call Home, Sweet Home." You haven't sung to us in a while t. This was worth the wait. |

I hear Dorothy in the background, "There's no place like home, there's no place like home..." Lovely rendering. miscellanea |
