You wouldn't stop looking, and me, with my issues, could only glance at you and quickly look away though all I wanted to do was wrap myself in your arms and have you kiss the top of my head and hold me but no, I couldn't, I had to avoid your eye contact |

Great writing Rhonda, I'm sure you'll get your man, he'd have to be pretty crazy not to fall in love with you. Andrew |

I might not like the style, or the flow of this piece, yet where I see those inequalities, I savour in the message and what that truly represents. Only my eyes for the moment are masked by a glass mirror, or the reality of a monitor before thee. Alas life can be so not what comes first - eye contact and a hint of love. a poet who cares |

Oh Rhonda, what is so great is when you can see in someone's eyes, the same love you feel for them. My Gary says my eyes talk to him. And, his talk to me, too. We convey messages without speaking a word. But, that didn't happen overnight. This Christmas season (2006) we will be together for 9 years. Huggies, Ethel |

Rhonda, I'd love to have someone who made eye contact. I've been married for 37 years. My husband rarely looks me in the eye. I hope whoever you love, looks at you with greath depth and feeling and keeps you wrapped in his heart as well as his arms. Hugs Karen |

Rhonda, I feel a need to make eye contact with whomever I am speaking with. But, there have been a few in my days, I knew, that if I made I contact with I would absolutely melt. Hugs...excellent write. ~ Trace my body with your words, |

You're never alone...I used to have trouble with eye contact too! I still sometimes get shy around my boyfriend. If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried. |
