Standing naked fore the mirror in the morning light, I gaze into the polished glass: Behold amazing sight! A fountain for emotions here, a splash of reason there. A selfish creature looks at me pretending that he cares. Knows not the place that he came from or even why he's here. Tomorrow is just a dream for him. Imagine all that fear! The things he sees, the things he hears... he believes them to be true. What should I call this creature here, genius, liar, fool? One day he reaches for the stars... the next, he's lying down. Don't want the things he needs the most... I quickly turn around.

"tell it like it is"
A poem with potential, yet lost within itself. Words organized in a passionate way, that leave a message. But can I say the poem is great, of that I speak of feelings and emotion.
Otherwise I feel the plot was lost within the vision and what it was the mirror was reflecting back in its purity.
Made me think and that had to be good !!!a poet who cares
