Those In- Between Times

Days when not shining
Yet not feeling dull
My heart is not empty
Although its not full

Emotions are coloured
Tones in-between
I was not gloomy grey
Nor jealousy green

The emotions combine
Of bitter and sweet
Between time endured
Dark and light meet

It was here in the centre
With emotional mix
Crushed inner feelings
I will endeavour to fix
