I'm sorry I can't be the One you want me to be (you'll find her one day... or so they tell me). I'm sorry I won't change but then neither will you (and we shouldn't have to change). I'm sorry I still love you and that you still love me (it'd be so much easier if we didn't). I'm sorry we're so incompatable that things get (very) ugly when we're together. I'm sorry I can't give you what it is that you need (even when I do know what you need). I'm sorry that I'm so needy that I need to learn how to give myself the attention that I need (and you know I need lots). I'm just... sorry. |

As sad as it is to say goodbye, you are wise to know the right time to do so, and the reasons why it is best. I hope you find somebody with whom you are far more compatible and who can bring you the happiness you deserve. Few people will understand what I am about to say and most will think it is a joke, but I know you will know exactly what I mean. It is very difficult to find a person to bond with after you have bonded with a horse or horses as you and I have. However, you may be lucky and I hope you are. - Owl |

M -- it's actually kind of ironic how long it's taken me to figure out that's what I need to do. It's taken even longer for me to admit that I'm needy though. That's a step in the right direction, now that I'm aware of it I can try to do something about it right? Thanks for reading ^_^ Linda -- thank you Owl -- to be honest I haven't really been sad about it yet, I think I'm still avoiding thinking about it. I felt it a bit tonight though, something reminded me of him and I got real sad. The fact that I am capable of becoming sad, though, is a huge step for me, maybe this time I'll actually deal with it properly. I'm sure I'll find someone eventually. For now, though, I'm going to enjoy being single (woo, guilt free looking at the tack store guy). and then He created the horse... |

We all need to learn a thing or two about ourselves and the way we deal with things. Good luck! ~sky I hope someday you get the chance to live like you were dying.... |
