Hearts of Sorrow Loneliness invades the conscience and defiles the heart; turning its flesh to stone, and corrupting love. However, it is not the measure or the depth of your pain nor the staining memories to reconcile, instead it is the passing of time which can ruin with unforgiving, or heal with forgetfulness… I know the sorrow in your hearts. And, I know too, that love can mend it for you. Let the past be broken off and gone forever. And, let the pleading for integrity fade. It isn’t you, or your precious hearts betrayed, but the supplier of corruption whose debt someday will be repaid, in kind… |

I know the sorrow in your hearts. And, I know too, that love can mend it for you. I wish that could always be so. *S* This is beautiful, JL... so beautiful!! |

JL~ 'it is the passing of time which can ruin with unforgiving, or heal with forgetfulness…' You've poetically stated a universal truth here~ And ... new love can and does heal~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |
