Letting By letting acts of whimsical Form into something fanciful We take the engine of a force To make illusion be our course To reign as king in everything To make the world that we would bring To wrap ourselves in graces shawl To simply be the belle of the ball To be just once that shining light A Casanova of the night That Romeo that lover boy With just a touch and not a ploy It offers you a trick or more To ride a magic carpet or Slip within a shawl of grace By offering a rose and lace A passport into travels awe A trip into a seem or more |

Such lovely whimsy, to be a knight's damsel. This makes me think of glass slippers and wishes, a spin around a dance floor in evening arms of anticipation. Those moments may be rare, but they are the ones which shine for a lifetime. Lovely. ~ Karen ~ |
