In absence of your picture, I sketch an essence from your words. Lured by the movement of sentences, I steal a glance from a well turned phrase. Your structure wraps around my mind and I taste your pulsing poetry. Damp, dark, willing, wonderful, I lap every drop. Late in the night, I do envy your hand! |
