The Bard Insulted the Schizophrenic Queen A very warm “Hello” to the both of you. If there is some confusion surrounding the origin of this little jotting, I shall illuminate your befuddled psyches. This is The Bard. So now that the mystifying element of this obiter dictum has been relinquished, I shall persist to walk, with words as my pikestaff, upon this weary thoroughfare. As athirst as my rotting buffoonery may be, it can go without being said that no sour faces were meant to be instigated by it. My serpentine acrimony has been known to lacerate the slender edges of reasonably good form and as I may disdain the distant rules of engagement; I do recognize them. I also realize that I have molested that fine line of good humor; so as not to beat the donkey to a point of eternal darkness, I admit guilt and pray for your mercy. So that my head above all things remains married to my shoulders. I am gladdened by your welcoming and overall accepting ears and it flickers a faint ray of candle-lit hope in my heart. So once again I express gratitude to the both of you. And yet again I wander, believing not what my fleeceable eyes call out to want. And I ponder the existence of this vexed word processor. And so I bid you both adieu. Your purveyor of apologetic verse, The Bard "Give me a museum, and I'll fill it." - Pablo Picasso [This message has been edited by Edward Grim (02-25-2006 03:58 PM).] |

So that my head above all things remains married to my shoulders. LOL... A very real concern when you've miffed the monarch! *S* I like this very much! |

Thanks suthern. Basically, this is meant to be a complicated and humorous poem from a nervous bard. It's an excerpt from a novel I'm writing. "Give me a museum, and I'll fill it." |

Edward Grim Lifes but a walking shadow a poor player who struts and frets his hour upon the stage and is heard no more. It ia a tale told by and idiot full of sound and furry signifying nothing. Enjoyed the read. |

Marge stole my favorite line. She knows, I too, am guilty of the same. I enjoy your work, and the dry humor of this made me smile. It made me miss my own sense of humor, in fact. thank you |
