On a sleepless night, There's a light, that silently lit the sky. Lonely but surely, You guided the tide. To rise and fall, as the time deems right. With a luminous glow, You made my emotions flow. You became my friend, On this sleepless night. Crickets sing in a harmoniuos tune, Accompany you, rid you of gloom. The people rested, without a haste. The clouds switch off their lights, For fear of stealing your might. The wind whistle a lullaby, It didn't stay, but said goodbye. My heart grow fonder, as i look at you. I smile at you, Cos you smile at me too. Most of all, I love you. For God has created few.... As magnificent, yet humble as you. [This message has been edited by FNG (02-22-2006 06:15 AM).] |
