walking alone in the dark
a lady stands with a sign
alone with a basket full of her things
i pass her by then i stop
not much money in my pocket
but i reach for what i got
it could be me standing there
the least i can do is share
i hand her the money
she gives me her blessing
i move on
i go back to same spot weeks later
shes not there
but the same amount i had given her
it lay on the ground
i reach down and pick it up
put it in my pocket
it was just what i needed
you reap what you sow

I do not need shine or wealth, just a pen and some paper for my health

Althia, it is so true that we reap what we sew.  Very nicely written, enjoyed the read.

Ah   ::smiles::   I loved this.  We dont remember days.  We recall...moments.  It is the moments, that linger in our hearts and minds and bring fullness to our lives. Reading this... Became another precious moment.  It will linger.   Thank you.
