5159 Sacrifice in Darkness 09 March 2006 Death to a broken heart love to a soul that died Where was living to be unnoticed in dark Struck between immortal what morale brings peace As if confidence was not the seed black to colour not bright Dismal to surrounding was this the knight to depart For she would never surrender who said prayer was to answer Sacrifice or sacrilege a farewell from long off There was no tomorrow because then it was day “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1: 2, 4-5, 18 KJV a poet who cares |

Beautifully said. :-) Until he extends the circle of his compassion to all living things, |
