Yellow Children of the corn swarm, dance around a yellow maypole, nibble plump kernels of youth-truth giggles carry on a southern breeze balmy where winter is upside down Ten little feet do a gig scream in delight-fright as children do sounding sounders smother smaller cries: an ugly boy who got underfoot tomorrow’s stalks grow tall and high. |

"youth-truth" ...love that I went through a corn maze last fall and got caught in it for a while... unlike a child I panicked a bit...and probaby will never go into one again M |

There is nothing more terrifying than suddenly having the inability to be heard; and that can happen in so many ways... You brought back a terrifying moment for me, that I haven't thought of, in years... and I thank you for that. |
