(Here's a cute summer love song celebrating young love, with a sound like a happy 80's pop song, yay!  )Positive Influence By: Noah Eaton 7/28/05 The light of your eyes, took me by surprise, my heart jovially mollified, in your lemon sorbet baptism! Limping out of daydreams, I feel I’ve woken in a comic strip marine park, feel like I’m on Ballard Street, and you’re like lil’ Ruthie of One Big Happy! I love wearing your smooch lipstick, like a birthmark on my cheek, so all our friends can see, that you’re a positive influence on me! It’s hard to remember how that first flush felt, yet that warmth remains all too beautiful, we both thought it once impossible, how delicate hearts like ours could melt, I remember I adopted that cute pet name, that you now always use as your last name, I feel that extra heartbeat in my feet, every time I hold you and hear your heartbeat breathe... After our first kiss, my, how our lives have changed, yet we’re both the same, when January still feels like summer to me, I know you’re a positive influence on me. You’re a positive influence on me! Like that vintage lunchbox smile, your smile is as special to me as it’s ever been, we still wear these friendship bracelets, we bought at that Belmont Avenue gift shop, back when we were just friends.
