No it's not from a book.

It from the inside of people and that is the way my thought is going at the moment.

Decisions people make that are from the insides and everyone has the right to decide whether to stay or go and I wasn't thinking about personal relationships but external relationships that are internal relationships to the person.

Bit long winded on the explanation but that was my meaning.

If, I may, I believe what Juju meant, was it reads as a passage of thought, something that we might read in a book on helping one get through the rough moments.
