I feel this burning
in my chest
constantly yearning
there is no rest

from this desire;

I seek to find
the power,     the key
to unlock my mind
so I might think
in different train
of thought
and use these lessons
that life has taught

I NEED to keep myself
from standing still
to lose, not again
my own will
while holding close
the belief
that love can be real

and that my heart
may someday feel

      anything other than
this burning
in my chest

      something more...

           than this emptiness.

Give me your heart
Make it real
Or else forget about it...Santana
