The bathroom light,
spreads truth throughout the home.
It keeps your secrets,
there for you to view.
The mirror sees you for what you are,
but can't soothe your broken heart,
can show you what you've done,
but can't tell you where to start.

I envision an insomniac wrestling with the day's (or a life's) unfinished business, struggling to bury what won't die. The bathroom light could just as well been the moonlight through the blinds, a distant barking dog. These are the tangible things, insignificant during "business hours," but sleep stoppers to a troubled psyche.

@ R.S.- well read lol, pretty much what's going on. More or less just realizing what you've done, and how it's mainly up to you to change what you've done, which has always bothered me. I hate not being guided at points, and that's mainly what that is about.

@skyfire- good to know someone relates to what I'm saying, thank you
