Heading to China

Gathering moss like the oak before I
My roots are deeper then my age would imply
This shiver in the broad daylight I can simply deny
In a stand still as time skips a beat
Time resembles a record stuck on repeat
As soon as it comes, it makes its retreat
The heart of the world is bleeding
The images that we snap up are misleading
At that moment it seems between the lines we are reading
Can't you feel it in the air?
Is it a second life with us unaware?
Or our lives so monotonous that every moment is the exact same affair
Your words have been uttered a thousand times
Are we truly sure of reality and its strange rhymes?
Or has it become to repetitive like your doorbell chimes
How many more times will you be locked in this glass box?
Trapped like a rabbit or a fox
Shall you drown these thoughts with another whiskey on the rocks?
Your minds becoming muddy like puddles in April
No longer being able to tell if you are a Lion or a zoril
Or are we all just ill and in need of some Bovril
The ravages of time hold no bounds in these moments of forever
That single moment when we feel truly clever
Or is it just another illusion that we must endeavour
Questions raised then dismissed like subjects of a feudal lord
A momentary blip on the radar that should be ignored
Is it our mind entertaining us when we are board?
I feel forsaken, yet the repetition makes me no I am not alone
When these thoughts begin to drone
I know that everyone has drifted into this zone
Words so common yet oh so foreign
Are our minds overflowing, because we have turned them into a warren?
They happen in the strangest of times like a conversation with a strange Ecuadoran
Is it telling us what to do, with its slivers of splendour?
Or is it boredom caught in a blender?
If I told you I knew why this occurrence happens I would be a pretender
Is this cycle capable of being broken?
I sit here and ponder these strange happenings that go unspoken
The curiosity of this cycle goes unbroken
All the while in this moment I write down my Deja Vu

Tomorrow comes for those who fear it.
Today never ends for those who live it.

This is a good poem, with some concrete descriptions, however,  to make it stronger try not to rhyme, it makes the poem seem insincere
