Appease I dance the shadows of the breeze Light nights candles of appease Search the hollows of the wrought Sift the ought of all that’s taught I pick the tulips of the day Pass them out along the way And stir the nectar in my tea Taste the taste of all I see I genuflect to all the rest Always try to do my best I touch with all that I can reach Exchange the sands upon my beach I also fly with butterflies Along those rainbows in the skies Always searching for the bend Looking for a better end So if my candle lights you flush Do not hid and do not blush |
